For the convenience of the migrant workers in learning without the constraints of time and space, digital learning in video for training is available to the migrant workers free of charge (including the versions in Vietnamese, Indonesian, Philippines, and Thai languages). The content of the training program includes language and communication skills, knowledge and skill in caregiving (basic vital signs, knowing well the needs of the physically and mentally impaired, service skills, and response to emergency cases) to meet the needs of the migrant workers in learning in their own mother language.

Detail ：

1.Foreigners who are not yet nationals of the Republic of China but intend to take part in the skills examination may apply for the examination for qualification verification if they have lawfully obtained a foreigner residence visa except for some special categories of occupations with special eligibility criteria. 

2.According to Article 6 of the “Regulations Governing the Verification and Certification of Technicians”: people at the age of 15 or graduated from junior high school may take part in the Class C or Level 1 technician verification test. After the certification as a Class C technician, the people concerned may apply for the verification test of the skill for Class B technicians supported by related work experience or the required occupational training hours.
