If you encounter any of the following be vigilant
•A celebrity suddenly promotes a certain investment or money-making opportunity
•You are asked to join LINE or a private group
•Adverts claim “guaranteed profits” or “making money with no risks”
•You are asked to click on an unfamiliar link or download an APP
•You are encouraged to remit money, make a bank transfer, or provide personal information
Always remember, just because a video has a familiar “face and voice” does not mean it’s real! When you see a celebrity endorsing or promoting a product, verify the information by visiting the official website or through another trusted source. Do not believe something just because you recognize the face in the video
