How to avoid such situations?
Beware of false promotions or aggressive marketing - As long as you do not “clearly agree to a sale,” the business engaged in aggressive marketing is breaking the law
Goods can be returned within 7 days without having to give a reason - You can unconditionally cancel the contract within 7 days of receiving the product without having to pay any fees
When returning goods always retain evidence - Notify the business by double-registered mail or a legal attest letter to avoid later disputes
