▍Failure to truthfully fill in an infectious disease form when entering Taiwan could be illegal

In accordance with the law, failure to truthfully fill out an infectious disease form, cooperate with fever screening, specimen collecting, or referral to hospitals for medical treatment.

Can result in a fine of NT$10,000 to NT$15,000, including in the following situations:

•Deliberately providing false information or refusing to correct incorrect entries after being asked to do so

•Obstructing, evading inspection, or refusing to undergo examination

•Individuals assessed by a quarantine officer as having entered from an area with an infectious disease outbreak and showing abnormal health conditions, who refuse quarantine measures, referral to a hospital for specimen collection or medical treatment

•Those who use clearly inappropriate language or actions, or even resort to violence, threats, or insults, thereby endangering the safety of quarantine personnel
