If you are forced to engage in actions against your will as an “introduction to work:”

•Forced to engage in sexual acts, labor, or illegal work

•Your freedom of movement is restricted or your identification documents confiscated

•You are forced to hand over money or threatened with organ trafficking

Individuals engaged in human trafficking can be sentenced to up to 7 years in jail and be fined up to NT$7 million
