1. If you live stream, film or take pictures of someone without their consent and then place those images on a public forum or platform such as television or online that constitutes a violation of portrait rights.
2. Inadvertently taking a photograph or filming people engaged in non public activities such as speaking, having a conversation or capturing images of their private parts could constitute a violation of Article 315-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of China, violations of which are liable to a prison term of no more than three years, detention, or a fine of less than NT$300,000.
