Before riding a motorbike/scooter remember that driving while under the influence of narcotics is as dangerous as drunk driving.
If you cause injury to another person when driving after taking drugs the following punishments are possible:
•Imprisonment of 1-7 years and a fine of up to NT$1 million
•Revocation of driving license and life time ban on reapplying
•Being fined the maximum amount and ordered to attend traffic safety classes
