A:What should I do?
If you find yourself driving when tired observe the following:
•Find a safe place to stop and rest
•Increase your alertness by consuming high-caffeine drinks, chewing gumor listening to music
•Take a short nap but for no longer than 30 minutes. Rest for 15 minutes every two hours to avoid feeling even more tired
