B:Saying that is workplace sexual harassment, you should report it to your employer and ask for corrective or remedial action to be taken. If the employer chooses to ignore such behavior he can be fined.
Based on the “Gender Equality in Employment Act” use of sexual discriminatory language creates a hostile work environment, infringes on the dignity of others and can even affect work performance.
If you encounter such a situation do not stay silent, be brave, report the matter and protect your own rights.

If an employer is aware of sexual harassment and takes no action,he can be fined NT$20,000-NT$100,000.
