▍It is illegal for employers or labor brokerages to not provide foreign workers with a copy of their labor contract
As a foreign worker it is your right to be provided with a copy of the labor contract in your native language.
According to the law, the employer or labor brokerage is required to provide foreign workers with a copy of the labor contract. Failure to do so is a violation.
If you make a request to be provided with a copy of the labor contract and are ignored call the 1955 Hotline to file a complaint.
