During the hot summer months in Taiwan food can easily become a breeding ground for bacteria and if you consume unclean food it could cause gastroenteritis

What are the severe symptoms of acute gastroenteritis?

•A persistent fever and chill

•loody, mucoid or black stool

•Severe abdominal pain

•Persistent diarrhea for two days or longer and 5-6 times per day

•Severe vomiting leading to an inability to keep down food

•Confusion
