▎What can I do if I fail a health check-up？

A:I failed part of my regular health check-up recently and my employer said because of that he plans to terminate my contract but I want to stay in Taiwan, what can I do? 

B:According to regulations, when a foreign worker contracts multi drug-resistant tuberculosis his or her contract can be terminated. However, if you fail any other part of the health check-up you can get treatment and apply for another check-up. If you pass it has no impact on your right to work.
