Please do not order mooncakes or home town food with meat fillings from overseas or ask friends or relatives to post such items to Taiwan. We all have a responsibility to prevent the spread of African Swine Fever.
Uncooked meat or cooked, processed meat products
hese include sausages, hotdogs, Vietnamese Nem Chua, jerky, pork floss etc.
Other meat products
All products with meat fillings are forbidden, including mooncakes, seaweed pork floss egg rolls, pork floss puffed rice cakes etc.
If meat products are brought into or posted to Taiwan without prior permission the maximum fine is NT$3 million
