Please Read Carefully to Ensure Your Right to WorkWhat The Law StatesTaiwan Animal Protection Law provides that no one shall be allowed to harass, mistreat or hurt an animal, and no cats or dogs shall be allowed to be killed at will. Such acts are punishable by a maximum of 2 years in prison or detention center, and a fine between NT$200,000 and NT$2,000,000.
