Precautions to observe after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine shot: 1. Remain at the vaccination site for 15 minutes to observe whether you have any adverse reaction. 2. If you have previously had an acute allergic reaction to a vaccination shot or injection therapy then you should remain at the vaccination site for 30 minutes. 3. After returning home continue to observe your health status for 28 days. 4. If you feel unwell and I shows no sign of improving please seek immediate medical attention.
