▍MEDICAL EXAMINATION

MIGRANT WORKERS' HEALTH CHECK REGULATION

•Migrant workers must go to designated hospitals for Medical Examination within 3 working days upon arrival.

•Migrant workers must take regular Medical Examination at designated hospitals during the effective employment period, and timeline must be within 30 days before or after the 6th, 18th and 30th months.

•If worker did not complete health check in 3 days upon arrival based on regulation, then Medical Examination must be taken immediately within the following 3 working days.

How should employer handle the situation when migrant worker is suffering from infectious disease?

When migrant worker is diagnosed with infectious disease by a doctor and confirmed needs hospitalization, the worker must be confined to the hospital for treatment; But if there's no need to stay in the hospital,employer should provide free shelter.
