Latest Amendements of Law
Starting from October 1, 2025, overstayers (foreigners or nationals without household registration) who turn themselves in before apprehended by authorities may be eligible for a reduction of fine by half according to the latest amendments to Regulations Governing the Recognition and Reduction Standards of Special Reasons in Article 74-1 of the Immigration Act.

Pay the Total Amount of Received Fine
Make Travel Documents Ready
Leave Before the Deadline Set by NIA
