Recently many international packages mailed from Southeast Asian countries (such as Thailand, the Philippines etc.) have been found to contain weight loss medication a key component of which is Sibutramine. 

It is possible that such packages are being sent to Taiwan by family members who live in those countries.

However, weight loss medication containing Sibutramine is classified as a category four narcotic in Taiwan. 

In order to avoid breaking the law and related legal sanctions do not buy weight loss medication that contains Sibutramine.
