▍How do I apply for labor occupational accident insurance benefits?
When a worker has an occupational accident or suffers an occupational illness, he or she can apply to the Bureau of Labor Insurance for labor occupational accident insurance benefits:
•Medical benefits:Medical benefits cover part of the cost of seeking medical treatment as a result of an occupational accident or illness.
•Injury or illness benefits:Injury or illness benefits serve as a salary subsidy for individuals unable to work as a result of an occupational accident or illness.
•Disability benefits:Disability benefits can be claimed by individuals rendered disabled as a result of an occupational accident or illness.
•Death benefits:Survivors can claim death benefits if a member of their family dies as a result of an occupational accident or illness.
•Disappearance benefits:If an individual disappears while working, his or her family can claim disappearance benefits.
