Industry category foreign workers-Labor insurance premium, national health insurance premium, income tax, board and lodging expenses and other statutory fees

Live-in foreign workers-National health insurance premium

Non-deductible items:

Loans, medical examination fees, labor brokerage service fees or other unspecified deductible items

Employers cannot force foreign workers to deposit money in a savings account and must pay wages in full

Employers are advised to use financial accounts to pay workers’ wages, to protect the rights and interests of both parties
