Employers (labor brokers) can apply online

to change the location of accommodation provided to foreign workers they hire

When an employer changes the location of accommodation detailed in the Foreign Worker’s Care Service Plan, the local competent authority in the area where the foreign workers live or work must be informed within seven days of the change being made.

The Ministry of Labor has relaxed regulations on notifications so they can now be made through an online application rather than only in writing.
