活動訊息：The central Philippines was hit by a tropical depression. People can call 1955 for more information, which is a hotline of the Ministry of Labor.

內容：

The central Philippines was hit by the Tropical Depression Usman on December 29, 2018. Usman caused storms and flooding, leading to severe disasters. The Ministry of Labor grieves for the victims and expresses its condolences to and care for our fellow Philippine workers in Taiwan. Any Filipino worker who needs anything for the disaster at home, such as finding out information on how to take leave and return home, can call 1955, the hotline of the Ministry of Labor. We hope to help our fellow workers in time.
